Hi, I’m Hassan

I run Next Flight Magazine. I’m not a trained journalist and I don’t have a media background — I’m someone who reads a lot, got frustrated with how sloppy a lot of biography content is online, and decided to try doing it properly myself.

How I Actually Work

Since I don’t have professional training to point to, I’d rather show my process than claim a title I don’t have:

• For every article, I gather information from more than one public source — official statements, established news coverage, interviews, public records — and compare them against each other.
• When sources disagree (a date, a figure, a claim), I say so in the article instead of picking one silently.
• I keep a note of when an article was last checked or updated.
• If a reader points out an error, I verify it and fix it — and I’d rather have readers catch my mistakes than pretend I don’t make any.

Why I’m Being Upfront About Being New

A lot of “About the Author” pages claim years of expertise that can’t really be checked. I’d rather tell you the truth: this is a new project, I’m learning as I go, and my credibility here is going to be built article by article, correction by correction — not by a bio that sounds impressive. If that changes (formal experience, published work elsewhere, etc.), I’ll update this page to reflect it honestly.
